		<description><![CDATA[What incentive does the Commonwealth Court have to review the matter conscientiously? What substantive enforcement power does the Supreme Court actually have in this matter? Do they even get to review and act upon the Commonwealth Court ruling. I&#039;ll try to remember to ask that of the director of PILCOP when I review the voting machine lawsuit ruling with her in a few days.]]></description>
